Discussion with: Chamber Executives including Sandi Moore, Leesburg Chamber
A long-term member is of more value than a one-year member and it's a lot less expensive to keep a current member than to acquire a new one. We all know that, but how do we save ourselves time and money by building deeper relationships with our members who are already our raving fans? Better yet, how can we make every member a loyal and raving fan? The answer is simple...by staying connected. This is a practical, hands-on session to help us create a system for staying in flow with our members -- before, during and after they join.
Presented by: Liz Brewer, Trainer, Coach, Entrepreneur and Chamber Advocate
